Project Management
From experience, 3RIT recognises that a company feels more comfortable when a project manager is dedicated to meeting its individual needs. Irrespective of how long or short the lead time, 3RIT prides itself on having, in house, the resources available to match client expectations.
The project manager will be on site to manage all resources. He/she will execute all the stages of a project’s life cycle, from requirements gathering, to tracking progress, to delivery, and final evaluation.
