On the 9th of April I made my way to the airport on my way to Croatia, where I had been invited to do a conference for the weekend. The highlight of this weekend was the Jewish wedding of two of the congregations youth workers. The whole time I was there was an astounding success. I was given an interpreter who had been Derek Prince's interpreter for Eastern Europe. This Church had recently discovered their Jewish Roots and God was blessing them exceedingly. The church was 500 in membership with another six satellite churches in other cities across Croatia. The Pastor is Pastor Korvacic, a wonderful man with a great vision for his nation, and a great love for the Jewish Nation. He had started this congregation only 14 years ago from only four people, now God was blessing them and every meeting lasted around two to three hours: it wore me out but they were ready to go again the next day.

After leaving Zagreb Croatia, I flew to Romania to join Micea Roman and his Baptist church in Cluj Napoca. I was met at the airport by Micea and his friend Silvian who escorted me around. We went to minister in a Messianic fellowship first which was an education for me in how things are done differently. We had a great meeting and I met a number of believers who I was to meet many more times before I left.
I next went to a Bible study group to share and encourage the folks. On the Sunday I taught at a Baptist church in Sanicoara and then also to Cara, which was a very small church up in the hills out in the country. We had a great fellowship together as I explained the Hebraic understanding of the faith. I was to go to a further three meetings in the Baptist church as well as a youth meeting with over 40 young people who asked many questions and we could then get down to the real issues.

After I left Romania my next stop was Kharkov Ukraine, I found this possibly the most challenging of all the places, but also it was possibly the most blessing. I stayed in an apartment that belonged to the Good News church. The folks in the Ukraine were very gracious to me, and invited me to speak at their Sunday service. I had to speak twice at 11 and 2 o'clock to almost 2000 people. This church is a massive size compared to our little English churches, with 76 satellite churches around the city, which is why the Sunday congregation was so large. I taught twice more in that congregation before I left. And the Pastor was very pleased I came, so much so he invited me to return to start a Bible school which has yet to be announced. I also taught at two Messianic congregations Beth El Gibor and Bethlehem Messianic congregation. Both were to groups of around 30 people. I hope to return to Kharkov sometime this year to do some teaching, especially to the Jewish groups I made contact with who have specifically asked me. Please pray for these groups they need all your help in prayer.
