The
'Hot like Fire' track (31) is one of those cross-over tracks that will
probably get a good non-asian reception along with Lady Ru (36) and Terry
Walker's 'Whoopsie Daisy' tracks. (44)
Boliyan (32) is a track with a mix of everything in - bhangra, ghidda
type rythem and gets all the Panjabi guys on the dance floor. 'Ranjha
Ranjha' (33) has an interesting melody that makes it stand out including
a gangster style start - just needs a few gun shots.

Another Hunterz effort is a remix of a Bollywood
hit (34) and Jazzy B is currently taking over - hearing about him everywhere.
(35)
Saw Manak E's (37) tune on one of the asian music channels and instantly
recognised the Billie Jean bass line. Usually quite an easy/typical sample
to use but worth hearing it for it's desi flow.
'Bulla Ki Jana' by Rabbi (39) is currently big in India at the moment
with its Spanish influence. It's actually a rendition of a song by an
18th century Sufi poet, so click here for
the lyrics.
A few earlier faves being remixed here: MIA's Galang remix is HOT especially
with the 'Sholay film' sound clips and tune!! (38) Miss Scandalous tears
up the Ah Ni Kuriyah track by Dr Zeus, (42) and Raghav's Angel eyes, the
Drum n Bass remix (42) is excellent!
Another excellent Drum n Bass track is by Visionary Underground whose
'Eye of the Storm' track has a great Indian feel to it - They're website
has lots of underground fusion music and downloads to check out.
Notorious Jatt is currently a popular track, ok ok his name is pathetic,
but its a good typical bhangra track with the customary tongue rolling
"brrrrruuuah" and Cheshire
Cat adds his distinct style to the catchy 'Kanoo Mardan' track.(43)
