Some information just does not seem to be accessible and so I have ended up with notes and drawings that I have had to make myself as I work on the car. I have therefore decided to make this information, along with other snippets gathered, available here to assist other poor souls trying to fill gaps in their knowledge and, hopefully, someone can answer some of my remaining questions.
It has also led me to develop items to help in the diagnosis of problems, including my own version of the Ford Star Tester for extraction of EEC IV and Teves II and IV fault code extraction. My Fault Code Reader (FCR) is, I believe, better than the Ford Star Tester and instructions on how to build and use one are available here.
I have also found a large Granada and Scorpio community, both online and 'in the wild'. Details are contained on the community page.
I hope you enjoy this site. I have used the philosophy of KISS (keep it simple stupid) to hopefully give the information clearly with easy access and hopefully quickly. There is nothing worse than waiting five minutes for a flashy web page to download to find it doesn't contain what you want anyway. I have a big advantage with KISS as it is all my own work and I am a self taught on HTML. If you have any comments or information, or there are any errors, please contact me via the contact me button.
