8    Adverbs

 

8.1       Adverbs are formed by adding suffix 'a' to the descriptive word following the verb they are describing: -

·        He ran fast

il rănoz spidoma

 

Many adverbs are derived from words relating to travel, movement and time.  See also Section 10, Prepositions & Conjunctions which contains lists of the most frequently used words.
