30/06/09 Training is as normal today despite the heat - all students should remember to bring plenty to drink (as usual!) and I will be bringing a couple of fans so that we have some basic air-con. There's no reason that weather should stop us training, could you convince a mugger not to attack you because it was too hot to defend yourself?! |

04/03/09 Next Tuesday (10th) i'll be doing a grading run-through in the first hour, if you're grading at the end of the month this is an opportunity to go through the procedure and get yourself into gear for the real thing. |

09/02/09 I've been notified by Hastingsbury that they are shut again today. This is entirely out of my control and anyone who would normally train on a monday is welcome to come to any other lesson this week. |
